Shelby IMHO is 100% correct about others copying his cars. His only problem is he sat on his hands too long and lost the trade dress issue through laches and gave the rights to the name "Cobra" to Ford for $1.00 and had to rent it back.

On the SAAC issue, he may be right technically, but there should be a compromise without destroying the entire club.
