( central coast NSW) this "no seal" is no good.
The Wilwoods don't run dust seals. APs, Brembos, Harrops and the Hi-Specs have dust seals.

The Hi-Spec uses a fairly conventional external dust seal as you can see in the pic below. I wanted calipers with dust seals to maintain my ADR compliance. I liked the design of the hi spec because of their billet construction and hard anodized alloy pistons and caliper body. I figured if the were made to take the harsh conditions of the roads in the UK then they should last OK down here. Plus they look cool.

The AP caliper uses a second O ring in the piston bore close to the entrance to keep moisture an dirt away from the main seal. Many say this is a better system because the seals are more protected the heat generated by the brakes. The AP is probably the pick of the bunch if you can stretch your budget.
