I have a chart on page 141 in my book, "Racing Engine Builder's Handbook". If you don't have a copy of this great book following are some specifics. As was said, the dash number is pipe size in 1/16". ID for -10 and -12 AN hose is 9/16" and 11/16", respectively. I think Carroll Smith covered this subject in depth in his book on Racing Hardware.
