First, Welcome to Club Cobra!!

True, Hurricane if you want to attempt a classic 90" wheel base, with your height. Mine is an early model, and does not have the additional fender well cut out, but I know it makes a real difference. Dash height may still make things cramped for you climbing out, even with the newer additional seat track mounting getting more travel.

Another Texas builder, Lonestar with their regular build 94" base and greatly reclined seats. I am 5'7" and I ride in a friend's frequently... LITERALLY 10"+ leg room for me on the passenger side and a very high dash clearance.
