I just recently cleaned the wheels on my F250. I had not cleaned them, rather polished them in several years and they were looking bad.

I bought a Mothers power ball $25. and Mother's Mag and Aluminum Polish $5.00. Got my 18volt cordless and went to town. The wheels look brand new.

The battery lasted for one wheels so while I was using one I charged the other. Worked out great.

Fred (392 Cobra) recommended I try using some spray Shout from the laundry detergent isle at the grocery store. $2.59 I thought what the heck, Ill try it. If your wheels are dirty from brake dust that is in hard to get to areas and small curves, this stuff is like magic. Spray it on let it set for a minute or two and wash it off with the hose.

It did not put a shine like they were new but they were clean as a whistle and the cleaning with the power ball took about half the time after I sprayed the Shout on them.

I know it sounds crazy ... but it works.
