Default Whatever happened to Image Auto Works?

I'm trying to find out what happened to Image Auto Works in Palm Desert, CA More specifically I'm looking for Don Borders. Back in 2004 the following was posted in the Builders Forum:

PRESS RELEASE
February 27th 2004

Image Auto Works signs strategic alliance with Singer Racing Inc.

SINGER RACING INC. was formed as the result of an strategic alliance between Leon Singer (RYMSA), Donald Borders, Greg Lanier (IMAGE AUTO WORKS), Natan Adler (Adler Performance), and Ricardo Singer (Singer Racing)

One of the many reasons for this alliance to be created was to bring a financially strong partner into the equation that would result in timely delivery of engines and Cobras.

As it is know in the industry, Image Auto Works is known for its high standards in quality of finished products, engines and full turnkey vehicles, it is also know that Image did not have the greatest reputation as far as delivering its jobs on time but once our clients got their cars, they would become completely satisfied and proud to own a Cobra or Engine by our company.

SINGER RACING INC. IS COMMITTED TO THE PRODUCTION OF THE FINEST HIGH PERFORMANCE ENGINES AND THE ASSEMBLY AND MAINTENANCE OF COBRAS.

If you ever heard of Don Borders, now is the time to give him a try, we will deliver your dream car on time guaranteed.

Please visit us at www.SingerRacing.com

OUR GUARANTEE TO YOU
Customer satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. Our product is the finest you will find.

Of course there was the whole BC Cobra thing going on but nobody at Coddington's shop I can find to speak to knows anything:
