This forum looks pretty stale, but I will try posting nonetheless before trying to contact Steve directly.

I have developed a rattle in my driver's side pipe in the baffle region. It is very noticable at idle when the car is cold. Gets a little less noticable when the car warms up, but is still there.

a) Anything that can be done to fix it? I guess I could remove it and hold it up to see if any parts/screws come tumbling out.

b) Where do I get a replacement, how do I contact them, what's the part #, and how much? Also, where can I get that little gasket that fits between the pipe and the header.
