My son usd the Herculiner on his truck bed. It did not hold up very well at all. The trouble is that you really need to do a lot of prep work to get it to stick. If any
oil, dust, grime or just shiny paint is there when applying then it will peel.
If you were to almost beadblast the bed then it would probably work just fine. But who wants to go that far.
