Actually, VRM is correct!

Your original question was "or does anyone notice something odd here" (with a Message Header of "Is it me?".) The "no" response was fairly obviously the response to the question, not the Message Header, and the "- it's you" was merely a continuation statement. One could argue whether the use of the diminutive form "it's" is more or less appropriate than the complete expression "it is", but one would hate to be too pedantic...
