I installed a QFT 850 on my 418W a while back and so far it is great!! I just finished a 1000+ mile cruise with it and it did not miss a beat!
I previously had a Holley 750 DP but was having trouble with it so I bolted on the QFT and so far so good. The engine really likes the extra air flow and I seem to even get better mileage than I did with the Holley! I averaged about 19 mpg for the cruise!!
