After reading Hersh's reply, I want to say that I want to know if the reasons for leaving are due to something that would make me not want to deal with the company, or are those concerns unfounded.
I am the type of person who will spend more money for the same product from competitor if I believe that competitor will take care of me if I have problems. I really just want to know if Jay's reasons are related to how the customer is/will be treated, the quality of the product, or if they are just internal issues that will not affect the quality or affect the customer.
