Does anyone know if you can buy stainless cat substrate in OZ.

I would like to use some for the sidepipes. A local manufacturer in Darwin says he can have the pipe built interstate??? with a press in Cat convertor, but the charge to me is about $1700 - per pipe (complete).

Ive got 4 x 2inch running into 4 into 1 and then 4 inch pipe all the way along, but need to fit cats and mufflers inside. Most of the stainless cat bodies are 4 inch od. I thought there may be an easier way than cutting open a cat to rip out the contents.

Any suggestions.
