Default Clutch problem...

I'm having an issue. It seems that when I push the clutch pedal in, the clutch is not fully releasing. I spent the better part of 5 hours today tearing the clutch cylinder out, cleaning all that, bench bleeding, reinstalling, and......nothing. The only way I can describe it is the clutch is just right there on the edge of releasing. If I try to force the shifter into gear, the car will start to move, albeit just a little. Kincaid did the original install on this setup, and I have to admit, I'm not well versed in the art of hydraulic clutches. I took these pics to see if maybe one of you guys might have an idea on what to do next.

In this first pic, this is what I see looking up from the driver side, I am wondering what the story is with the offset plate? Also, when I had the wifey push the clutch in while trying to see wtf is going on, I did notice that as the rod from the slave cylinder was pushing the clutch fork back, the cylinder assembly itself would move forward, guessing roughly 1/4". I checked all the bolts that are mounting the cylinder to that mount and all are tight. The other pics are just more or less the same, I just tried to get more detail. And yes, I have tried without success to contact Kincaid to explain this to me. Any help at this point appreciated. If I can't get this fixed myself, I will have to make the haul to Hastings and have George's boys work on it.
