44ft! Wow! I am looking for an alum. single axle trailer that would haul my Cobra with my Ford Exploder. I might be dreaming that it would haul the Cobra but I saw a single axle trailer that was used to haul a Porsche race car that weighed about the same and I could move it around unloaded quite easily.

Exploder's aren't known for being good at towing, particularly with the weak auto tranny. With a distribution hitch, it is rated at 6,000# gross trailer weight. Don't think it will tow that much though. Need after-mkt brake system in the SUV and good brakes on the trailer to even have a chance.

Does anybody have experience with this combo?
