I actully don't know of any town hall meeting which actually meets the definition of a town hall meeting.

thus why I stated "informal". This might be the closest they come to an open debate. Do you think the Clinton years had non-scripted town hall meetings? How about Kerry? (Don't taze me Bro! Don't taze me!)

Although they may not have been interviewed together, they did appear on stage at the same time.

But I am sure that this is "above my pay grade." (what kind of POS stupid response is that?)
