Yeah, lots of Cobra's on the Island here. Most owners are too busy working to pay for the 'lavish way of life'
of 'The Island' instead of driving them the way they were meant to.
I would love to transplant to NC too! I am just too young to retire yet and too lazy to look for new work (the Mrs. is not completely on board yet anyway).
Another pro of NC is the gun laws are much different than NY, if that is of any interest.
