I went to a store that sold body supply parts and purchased a special double sided tape made for this type of application. I installed all the emblems you mention 6 years ago and never had a problem. The only problem was the roll of tape cost $35 or $40 and I only used about a foot of it. IM me and I will be happy to mail you some out.
