From Powdercoat to Chrome
How does one remove powdercoat from a part that one wants to have chromed?
FYI:
I was thinking about having my ceramic coated sidepipes chromed but I talked to 2 chrome businesses and they said that they will not do it!! Both shops said that the ceramic coating had to be removed but they did not know how to remove it. They polished up nicely after the "wet" Oregon trip so I guess I am staying with the coated pipes!!
