I think that what you are saying are lies/carpet bombing, etc about Obama etc, are mostly being examined by your old friends in the media. Now I am sure, they are fed things by the Republicans, just as they are fed stuff by the Liberals/Huffington, daily kook, etc.
Like I stated way back, that's politics and has been politics since Rome. It will not change and I am sure their is a valid argument by each side that they would not be doing their duty if they didn't bring up their opponents weaknesses (real and imagined).
