That was COB 6041 and it was only just rebuilt following a shunt at Spa - it was mint. The owner had double-booked his weekend and could not attend but sportingly allowed the car to be sent over for the race, in the usually safe hands of Barry Whizzo Williams (and Nick Wigley who put up the money to publish my book). It seems a bit of
oil put Whizzo into the barriers, now that the gravel trap has been replaced by tarmac. Another chassis anyone..???
