My family, my SPF and I are moving to Buffalo (Hamburg, actually) from San Jose, California in December, so I was interested to see this thread. When I noticed the dates, I checked Phil's post history, and it looks like he hasn't made one since July, 2003. I then checked his post history on the Factory Five site and found he moved to New Hampshire in early 2004, so the plan for an Upstate Cobra Club may have gone with him.

BTW, I was in the Buffalo area few weeks ago and saw a silver cobra with black stripes. That wasn't you by any chance, was it?
