I became a fan of Jr last year when he had the media hand feeding him insults to Theresa, and he refused to bite. He always took the high road in the public discussions. That to me was a great respect to his fathers company even if he did not agree. It was around that time that I started watching what he was doing. I too hope that he gets a different crew chief as I don't think that they are a good match. I don't think he is a bad crew chief, just not the right fit. I am sure he can set up a car that would be perfect for someone else.
