I went to the local tire store that mounted my new tires last spring on the Cobra and they found all four valve stems were cracked. They replaced them at no charge. I then did a search and found the following.

I searched club cobra.com site and found nothing on this subject, so I thought I should post it.
The bottom line; if you bought tires after the summer of 2006 check the valve stems for cracks. This is for all cars and trucks, not just Cobras. Since the source is Consumer Reports, then I trust the information is correct.
