I was too, but I couldn't talk the Kirkhams into doing if for me.
I just kept saying to myself "I did not buy this car as an investmet, I did not buy this car as an investment, ..." And eventually convinced myself that even if I was the only one who liked it, so freak'n what!
Before I bought the car, I considered an F-car. But I realized that short of a Tubi exhaust, you couldn't modify the car at all without being severely castigated (or was that castrated?). Either way, that would have taken half the fun of ownership out of it.
Next up, windscreen modificatons....
