First of all you guys have an election going on and I don't think you've seen a single post where we comment/criticize on what's going on up there in lala land. You think we fight with each other well you guys fight over what language to speak. How dumb is that. Figure out how to get the French and English to work as a single band of Canadians.
Secondly, don't you think we're a little tired of you guys being the port of entry for drug supply into our Pacific Northwest. Why not control all of the pot that you send us? And on the subject of sending us things how about a little stricter immigration control so all of your jihadist Islamists can't sneak over our borders and create mahem.
Also, what's this crap about mixing tomato juice with your beer. Are you guys nuts?
Any of you guys been out beating any of those poor baby seals in the head? Stop it.
And last but not least don't you feel a little ashamed that over 75% of your population lives within 90 miles of our border where you can leach off of everything that we've built? I guess it makes for a much shorter trip if someone invades your country (which God only knows why they would) so you can run down here with puckered butts and hide behind us. Why not spend a larger amount on defense so you don't have to depend on us to protect you. Better yet why not move half the population farther north and develop your own country instead of depending on us and then criticizing us for our decisions.
Irritating isn't it? Now you know how we feel listening or reading what you have to say.

You are being a bit harsh, aren't you? I have never said that you or anyone else was stupid. Canada and the US are the biggest TWO WAY trading partners in the world. Canada couldn't get along without the US but on the other hand we are the biggest energy supplier the US has. Canada and the US have had their differences over the years but we are one of the best friends you have.
I think that this whole idea of terrorists getting into the US via Canada is greatly exaggerated. For example, the US media played up the idea that the 9/11 terrorists had entered the US via Canada when not one of them actually did enter that way. Undoubtedly, some do enter from Canada but lots of bad guys come up here from the US also. That is part of living in countries where we have the freedom to move around.
As far as dope goes, doesn't most of it get into the US across your southern border from Mexico?
I think that the seals are shot now. Hitting them in the head with a bat was considered to be cruel by the Europeans.

That video they always show on TV was actually shot about 20 or 30 years ago.
I do not feel at all ashamed for living relatively close to the US border. Why should I?
I have never put tomato juice in my beer and the US has some great brews. Fat Tire, Yuengling, Sam Adams Summer Ale (great on a hot day), and many, many others are all very good beers. However, I do not consider Bud Light, Miller Light, and Coors Light to be very good at all.
