Yikes! Washing with water is a big No-No! Dust with a California Duster and gently clean with a microfiber towel and detail spray.
Water on a Cobra is no fun - it gets all over the seats and behind them and dripping from the door jams. Not good.
Also, my trips to the BAR included a quick visual and sniffer, no dyno. However, the sniffer twice is done 4x (twice at idle and twice at ~2500RPM). Before you start the test, ask the Ref for a big fan to put in front of your Cobra to blow air thru your radiator (be sure it has water
