As for what company or kit to buy, that all depends on your budget and exactly what you are looking for. In regards to Spain, make sure that whatever car you buy has the proper compression ratio in the engine for the fuel available as your country does not offer a high octane fuel (at least not to the general public) that some of the high compression motors need to run properly.
