Guys, SCOF is a Yahoo Group, so from within your personal Yahoo Group settings, one can choose to get:

1. An email of every post.
2. An email digest of 25 posts.
3. No email at all.

It is not SCOF that is "flooding" your email boxes, it is the Yahoo Group setting that you choose.

Personally, I like the digest mode, which sends me 1 to 3 emails per day. I can scan the Table of Contents at the top of each email to see if there's a subject within the digest that interests me. If not, then I delete it. No big deal.

BTW, I belong to about a dozen Yahoo Groups for various areas of my life. Some I have set to immediate email, some to daily digest and others to no email at all. It is just a preference setting from within the Yahoo Group administration. And, yes, I have rules in my Outlook client to move incoming mail to specific folders to make managing all of email (not just email from Yahoo Groups) easier and more effiecient.

YMMV,
