SCOF's Yahoogroup lets you select feature where you can turn off emials
and brows the forum traffic on a webpage like a normal bulletinbored.
Not many i used to know use this feature. I loved the personal emails.
Setting up a folder and filter in your email makes it way easier and
it comes to you, you don't have to look for it. Makes it real nice when
you are a few sheats to the wind and need to post about F_orced
E_xtractions in fact every Friday thay waited for me to answer questions
I was the technical expert. I remember whenever it gets a vote on what
method of forum is wanted 95% vote for the emails.
Even so,
every one can select their own personal communication type and if they
like a bulletinbored format, they can at the same time someone else is
using email deelivery! This way you get different stokes for different
folks all at the same time.
In fact, you could call it a group... um,
er... yeah, a "group". I used to be apart of SCOF, that was, before I
had to trade my Cobra for a new roof.
Don't make me go there.
