im well north of there, right next to va beach border very beginning of outer banks im in 100 yr flood zone so will need flood insurance
just got quote today on price to build a little surprised- higher than expected will check with other builders i think cause we are from up north they can charge more. lol
his breakdown of some priices seem high they are used to building large expensive homes now with the economy bad they will have to sharpen there pencils
