Mike,
If you like the wheels and the offset then you could have the rearend cut down. The best thing would be to take the Cobra to the rearend shop and let them determine how much to cut it down. They could also tell you if you need to move the shock mount. Get hold of a speed shop and get recomendations from them for a good rearend shop that can do it for you.
Are you running the 8.8 or the 9"?
