The people running NASCAR now are more interested in their power and how important they are than listening to any of the engineers and teams. Last year when they were testing this so called new car, many of the people went to them and told them they needed larger wheels and tires. Then NASCAR tells Goodyear what type of tire they want at a track and blames Goodyear when the dam things fail. This new car is bigger, heavier, and much harder to drive than the old ones and that is another problem as the brakes aren't standing up well to the wear and they have had several brake failures, from boiling fluid to broken calipers.
