NO for the same reason I stated above, back when there were fewer states in the union it may have been possible, that's why there has been no new amendments to the constitution it a very long time.

He doesn't want to actually change the wording of the Constitution, he just wants to use Federal Courts to radically re-interpret the Constitution (effectively radically changing the Constitution) to fit his agenda. And with two Supreme Court Justice positions coming up; he'd be able to do just that beyond his Presidency (if this country can survive 4 years of an Obamination President and Dem controlled congress).
