Did you know the housing melt down was started by Wild Bill.
He was getting his nob job while they opened up the lending
requirements so the poor folks could buy houses. Now we get to pay for there homes because we have the money to do so. In the near future we will get to buy health insurance for these same folks that will get there mortages reduced. In the mean time I get to look at my incomplete build because there is not enough money to go around after I help support the folks that made bad decisions. I would have built a six car garage with two lifts, had I only envisioned some one else paying for it. I'm sure I would have qualified for a loan.
