If a pc reminder is as easy as you seem to think why didn't the DMV think of it!
Fact of the matter is not everyone has a pc or cell phone be it hard to imagine.
I know plenty of people who don't have them,these licenses are good for 5 years I would like to see you remember that far ahead.....
