Talking Matthews is beyond belief....
....wasn't his remark about "a tingling going up his leg (re Obama)..." just tewiffic?

He was "Tip" O'Neill's butt-monkey for a long time. You remember Speaker Tip,doncha? He was the guy who blocked the funding of the Nicaraguan Contras "because Reaganneeded to lose one....". Good choice Tip, me boyo.
