Default Sparkplug and grease

I would like to know if you put grease on the threads of the sparkplug? Up to now, I never used grease on sparkplug and I never had any trouble removing them since I torque them to an appropriate value. I use Champion RC12YC on an aluminium block. I am afraid that grease might "burn" and make the sparkplug more difficult to remove, acting like a sort of glue. And do you think that greasing the thread of the plugs might affect the required torque ?
