Are you kidding? It should be a deduction. Think of the missed exuberance and sheer joy of actually getting the golden ticket on January 2nd and then receiving the golden sticker from BAR referee.
And miss the BAR ref blaming the computer for being down and unplugging it and rebooting it 2-3 times. Oh, and the CHP mssing a box on the VIN form and having to go back and get that box checked. Or, the DMV mixing up your address and sequence number with another person's and then waiting six weeks to actually get a corrected certificate, which is sent to the wrong address and then, after 2-3 tries at a corrected certificate, the delivery driver who has to track you down by calling the person who's personal info is on the delivery tag, but with the corrected certificate inside the envelope that has the wrong address.
