I'v been watching this product for a while. An interesting concept that actually makes sense. Sort of. What they've done is package a CD ignition inside the spark plug. We all know a CD ignition makes a hotter spark, sometimes adds power, and usually adds a little efficiency.
But, you're spending $200 to add this form of CD ignition. It's very easy to do. How long do the plugs last? Since they're not usuing iridium or platinum, I would guess they'de last about 40K miles or so. Then you pay another $200 to do it again.
And what happens if your tune is off? After you fix the problem and retune the computer, you would definatly want to replace the plugs. But not at $200 a pop. My Cobra goes through 3-4 sets of plugs a year; at $12 a set, I don't worry about it.
OTOH, Why not add a good CD ignition box? It will cost more than $200, and take a lot more work to install. But it should last 75-100K miles with no additional investment.
I think it's a marvelous feat of engineering - putting a CD inside the plug body. That impresses me. But not enough to make me buy a set.
