Maybe Jamo or one of the other lawyers on here could answer this, but couldn't the parents just use the imigration law like Obama did where it claims that a parents actions have no impact on a child and reverse it so that a parent has no responsibility for a child. And in most cases if the "children" are in college they are over 18 and there for an adult.
