I think you have it backwards, Roush had better I hope I do not have to test their warranty. I would have a field day with them if I perceived their response not to be timely.
I still think turnaround time from Roush on this one is deplorable and as we all know the best warranty is one we never need.

Roush won't know know what hit them when your army of lawyers walks in and demands that that they drop everything and address your issue.
You may want to give them some advance notice that you're dissatisfied with the level of service that they are providing to fellow Roush owners.
