Funny you mention, yesterday I took a neighbor for a ride and decided to contirbute to the tire business. Did a decent burndown but backed out of it by the time I hit third gear. Look behind me at the stop light and there is Houston Police Deparment. He follows me for about 1 mile and pulls me over. Walks up and tells me next time you decide to spin the wheels make sure a cop in not around. I told him the car was new to me and I was still learning it, he did not buy it and said is that why you do not have a front licence plate. I figured it was better to just shut up at that point and he smiled told me to have a nice day and to look around before lighting up. He said he did not even want to pull me over but so many people were glaring at him since he was sitting right there he had no choice, LOL!!! Did not give me a ticket either, guess I will contribute to HPD's 100 fund this year.
