I ordered mine, but it did not come with the small bracket that attaches to the turn signal light. To attach the plate to the car, you have to cut both front bumper bracket rods to align the license plate bracket with the front of the car. Once the rods are cut back about 3 inches from the bumper, then slide on the plate bracket, then slide on the short pieces of the rods, and then put the bumperette back on the car. I think the rod cuts are not reqired if you have quick jacks, but I'm not sure.
I called FinishLine after I got mine, and they said the support bracket is only required with and original aluminum car (and they did not have any of the small brackets left).
Its still on my long list of to-do items for this winter.
