And I mean ANY BS!...We all got numbers but not before several idiots thought they were smarter than DMV and tried things like registering these kits or component cars as a 1965...or as a Superformance, Factory 5 etc.
IT'S A : (2007, 2008 etc.)SPECIAL CONSTRUCTION". THERE IS NO EXCEPTION OR ALLOWANCES FOR NAMING OR DATING A SPECIAL CONSTRUCTION whatever you want, unless you want to eventually find your car on a tow truck and stored for several months. Contact Bay area Cobra Club for more ...they know! I have heard of some using the engine number and engine build date and getting away with it. BUT.....again, is it worth taking the chance of being towed?
