If that is a Shell Valley, it must be quite old. I got mine around 1992 and the frame in your pictures seems to pre-date that or come from a completely different source. The rear suspension on mine is a triangulated 4-bar with billet aluminum trailing arms that reach back to the axle at an angle. Thus, there is no panhard bar to locate the axle laterally. Your picture clearly shows a transverse bar. The rear coilovers on mine are situated at an angle, rather than straight vertical such as in the picture. The hood cutout in the pictured body has the triangular gussets at each of the back corners-unlike my early 90's SV car. My hood scoop is integral to the hood, not attached to it. I would be surprised if this is a Shell Valley.
