Your options are many….. I have had just about every combination on top of my 514, but this is how it’s currently configured. Dominator on a Victor Jr. intake with custom drop base filter.
The biggest challenge is the air cleaner. I made my own. I also milled .010” off the intake and dropped the engine with my own motor mounts. Here is a link with some more photos.

Another configuration I tried was modifying an Edelbrock Pro-Flo. This works well but will not filter as well as the K&N Filter
