Brent -- congratulations! This site is a great accomplishment. I can relate to holding on to the dream. I'm going on 33 years (of hoping, that is). I had some unforseeable $ set backs over the last few years (family related) -- putting the day I truly join the club off for a few more years, but I still hope to get there some day.
