Above the starter on the right side is a tag for the motor. Look at that to get the info. Then you can call Ford racing if it was done by them to get the spec sheet. I have the spec sheet for mine that was built in 02. I got 9k miles before replacing the valve springs, then 13.25k before total rebuild. i went back together with bit milder cam, hydraulic flat lifters, different push rods and valve springs. Also, if it has the bronze dist gear, it doesn't last very long. I put 2 or 3 in for the first 13k miles. I went with a cast gear after the rebuild!!
