Ok, here's a link. I'm thinking about buying one myself. Can't change a engine but, It would make life easier for servicing, cleaning ect. They also have attachments for other duties.

Nice lift, but I'll use my jack stands for now, until I find the time/money to buy and install a lift in my garage.
I bet you could install an engine. I installed an engine from the side of the car, with a cherry picker, with the car up on jack stands, never removing the hood.
