I don't ride motorcycles anymore. Years ago though, I had a 54 Triumph. Hard tail frame with a sprung rear hub (spring in the hub instead of a spring/shock combo).
I also had a 1972 Triumph Tiger. My ex-brotherinlaw had a 60 something Triumph Bonniville chopper.
Those were the days of no helmets and riding free. I sold all of my bikes when Calif. enacted (not voted in) the helmet law
. I refuse to ride with a brain bucket.
